Cucumber Chicken Pitas

  1. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  4. 1/4 teaspoon dried mint, crushed
  5. 4 pita rounds (large)
  6. 4 lettuce leaves
  7. 6 ounces cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced
  8. 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  9. 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumber, dill and mint.

Place pita round on a plate. Top with lettuce, chicken, tomato and feta cheese.

Spoon the yogurt dressing on top. Roll up pita bread; secure with wooden toothpicks.

Serve at once.
