Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  1. 1 baguette, cut into 1/2 inch rounds or other sturdy bread
  2. 3 avocados, cut in half, pit and skin removed
  3. sea salt, to taste
  4. 1 package (4 ounce) goat cheese
  5. red pepper flakes, to taste
  6. a drizzle of olive oil
Directions:

Smash avocado on a plate until smooth. Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt and blend together.

Toast baguette rounds until lightly browned.

Spread smashed avocado over toasted bread.

Add a dollop or two of goat cheese.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and a very light drizzle of olive oil.
