Sirloin and Potato Kabobs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound (1- inch thick) boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/4- inch pieces
  2. 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1 1/2- inch pieces
  3. 2 medium yellow or zucchini squash, cut in half lengthwise and then into 1 1/4- inch pieces
  4. 3/4 cup steak sauce
  5. 2 cloves (large) garlic, minced
Directions:

Place potatoes in a microwave safe dish. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes or until just tender, stirring once. Cool slightly.

Combine steak sauce and garlic in a 1 cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.

Combine beef, squash, potatoes and 1/3 cup sauce in bowl; toss. Thread beef and vegetables alternately onto skewers.

Place kabobs on grate over medium heat. Grill, uncovered, about 9 to 11 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Brush with remaining sauce during last 5 minutes.
