Cinnamon And Sugar Snacks

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 1 pkg. (8 inch) flour tortillas
  4. nonstick cooking spray
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes until light brown and crisp. Remove chips to a wire rack to cool.
