Zesty Turkey Burgers

  1. 1 pound ground turkey
  2. 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish sauce
  3. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  4. 1 teaspoon paprika
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 4 hamburger buns, split
  8. Sliced red onion
  9. Sliced tomato
  10. Lettuce leaves

In a bowl, combine turkey, horseradish, mustard, paprika, pepper and salt; mix well. Shape into four patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink.

Serve on buns with slices of red onion, tomato and lettuce.
