Candied Popcorn

6 quarts


  1. 6 quart plain popped popcorn
  2. 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  3. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  4. 2 tablespoons water
  5. 4 cups (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
  6. 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Place popcorn in a large roasting pan. In a 3 quart saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter, water, sugar and marshmallow; cook and stir over low heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
