Zippy Oven Fries

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch wedges
  2. 3 tablespoons oil
  3. 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  4. 2 cups French fried onions, finely crushed
  5. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes, butter and hot sauce in plastic bag. Seal bag and toss potatoes to coat. Combine onions and cheese on sheet of waxed paper. Coat potatoes with crumb mixture, pressing firmly.

Arrange potatoes in single layer on cookie sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
