Herbed Roasted Potatoes

  1. 1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  5. 6 medium red skinned potatoes, cut into chunks

Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl. Place potatoes in greased 13x9 inch baking dish or pan. Pour mustard mixture over potatoes and toss. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
