Fig Fingers

Yield:
about 12 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  2. 3 tablespoons fig preserves
  3. 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
  4. 6 sliced cinnamon raisin bread
Directions:

Toast bread slices. Whip softened cream cheese until creamy. Spread 3 slices of bread with cream cheese; sprinkle with pecans. Spread preserves on other 3 slices of bread and place on top of slices topped with cream cheese and nuts. Cut each sandwich into 4 fingers and place on serving tray.
