Steak with Parsley Pesto and Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 4 beef porterhouse
  2. 1 red pepper, seeded and quartered
  3. 1 yellow pepper, seeded and quartered
  4. 1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
  5. Parsley Pesto:
  6. 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
  7. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  9. 4 OR T-Bone steaks
Directions:

Place pesto ingredients in food processor and blend until finely chopped. Spread pesto on steaks and peppers. Grill steaks and peppers on medium heat for 14-16 minutes or until steaks are grilled to desired doneness and peppers are tender, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
