Grilled Lime Cilantro Chuck Steaks

  1. 4 4 boneless beef chuck eye steaks (1-inch thick)
  2. Marinade:
  3. 3 tablespoons lime juice
  4. 3 tablespoons water
  5. 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  7. 1 clove garlic, minced
  8. 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.

Place beef steaks and marinade in shallow dish, turn steaks to coat, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Remove steaks; discard marinade. Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered, 16-20 minutes or until desired doneness. Turn halfway through grilling.
