Avocado with Prosciutto

  1. 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  2. 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  3. 2 cloves small garlic, minced
  4. 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh organo
  5. 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  6. 2 avocados
  7. 3 ounces very thinly sliced prosicutto, cut into 16 strips
  8. Dressing:

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper in sealed container. Set aside.

Cut the avocados in half; remove the pit. Peel each half and cut into four wedges. Wrap one strip of prosciutto around each wedge. Arrange on a serving plate. Cover and shake dressing; drizzle over wedges.
