Bacon Deviled Eggs

12 pieces


  1. 6 hard cooked eggs
  2. 3/4 cup finely chopped cooked bacon (divided)
  3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  4. 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  5. 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  6. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  7. 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  8. Lemon pepper

Cut hard cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.

Place yolks in small mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Add 1/2 cup chopped bacon, mayonnaise, relish, mustard and vinegar; mix well.

Spoon yolk mixture into hollow of egg halves and sprinkle with chives and remaining bacon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Refrigerate before serving.
